The production process of cold rolled coils mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: hot rolled steel coils are used as raw materials, and these hot rolled coils need to undergo strict surface inspection and size confirmation before entering the cold rolling production line.
Pickling: Remove the oxide skin on the surface of the hot rolled coils by pickling to prevent the oxide skin from pressing in and affecting the surface quality.
Cold Rolling: Cold rolling is carried out at room temperature on the hot rolled coils after pickling, and the required thickness is achieved through multiple rolling passes.
Annealing: The steel after cold rolling needs to be annealed to eliminate internal stresses and restore the toughness and plasticity of the material due to work hardening.
Flattening: Improve the surface flatness and finish of cold rolled coils through the flattening process.
Finishing: Includes processes such as trimming, oiling, coiling and packaging to ensure that the product meets the user's requirements.
Performance Characteristics:
High dimensional accuracy: cold rolled coils have high dimensional accuracy in terms of thickness and width, which can meet the requirements of high-precision processing.
Good surface quality: the surface of cold rolled coils is free of iron oxide and has a high degree of finish, making it suitable for direct use in the manufacture of various components.
Excellent mechanical properties: through cold rolling and subsequent heat treatment, higher strength and hardness can be obtained while maintaining good plasticity.
Good processing performance: cold rolled coils have good stamping, welding and coating performance, suitable for a variety of processing techniques.
