Required material with small quantity which cannot be newly produced, not available, will use equivalent material to take place which must be agreed by the client.

For manufacturing solutions

For manufacturing, will check the drawings for the OEM parts, to choose the fast and best production type most efficient way to produce to save cost, some parts tolerance can be reached through laser cutting, will use laser cutting instead of machining to save cost, Flame cutting, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, stamping, bending, machining, welding, secondary processing choose the right way to make it be correct.

Packing, choosing the correct way to pack

Packing, choosing the correct way to pack. For very small parts, needs wooden box to pack; for common parts, using wood pallets to pack which can save lot of cost; some parts need steel pallet or steel box to pack.

Regarding our delivery

Delivery, according to the timelines, choosing the best way which can save cost and can deliver on time. For small quantity, when sea shipping is similar with exress cost, can send by express which is more efficient. Using direct vessel instead of using slow vessel which needs double time to arrive.

All materials have thickness, width, length, cutting tolerance, machining tolerance, fabrication tolerance, we can follow your tolerance to choose different fabrication types to make sure the tolerance, the cost for different fabrication types is different, so please provide the confirmed tolerance requirements for correct quotation.

For all goods without quality problem, once shipped at site, not support return or exchange.
For OEM customized goods, must check carefully on the drawings, production based on drawings; without drawings, must check carefully on the supplied sample, once confirm the sample, the final production is based on the sample, once start production, not support changing design, if changing design, all the cost is on the buyer’s side.
