Material properties
Corrosion resistance: The aluminium layer on the surface of aluminium coils can form a dense aluminium oxide film, effectively resisting oxidation and corrosion, especially in the marine atmosphere, industrial atmosphere and salt spray and other harsh environments.
Heat resistance: aluminium coils have good stability in high temperature environments, the maximum operating temperature can reach 750 ℃, suitable for high temperature environment equipment manufacturing.
High reflectivity: Aluminium coils have a high thermal reflectivity, twice that of galvanised steel, and are often used as thermal insulation materials.
Processing performance: aluminium coils have good processing performance, can be sheared, bending, stamping and other operations, and excellent welding performance.
Production process:
Aluminium plated coils are usually produced using either a hot dip or vacuum evaporation process. Hot-dip plating involves immersing a steel sheet in a molten aluminium-zinc alloy to form a uniform coating, while vacuum evaporation involves heating aluminium to evaporation temperature and depositing it on the surface of the substrate in a vacuum environment to form a dense aluminium film.
