SBV1A, SBV1B, SBV2, and SBV3 are steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels specified in the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS G3119), and are low alloy, high strength structural steels. With their excellent toughness and weldability, these plates are particularly suitable for the manufacture of pressure vessels for high-pressure equipment, but are not suitable for use in high-temperature environments.
The following are the main application fields of SBV1A SBV1B SBV2 SBV3:
Boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing: used for making spherical storage tanks of more than 50 cubic meters, as well as single-layer coil-welded containers, multi-layer heat-sleeve coil-welded containers, multi-layer wrapped containers and other second- and third-class containers, and low-temperature pressure vessels.
Petroleum, chemical, power station, boiler and other industries: for the production of reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, boiler ladles, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes in hydroelectric power stations, turbine worm shells and other equipment and components.
Nuclear energy industry: can be nuclear energy reactor pressure shell and other key components of the manufacturing.
