The production standard is Chinese standard GB704-88 steel, steel grid YB/T409-1998 standards of production; this standard is with the U.S.ANSI/NAAMM(MBG531-88), the same as the British BS4592-1987 standard. The Production of the Steel Grating:
Steel Grating is made of flat steel and bars with certain distances at high pressure resistance welding machine welded on the original plate, after cutting, incision, opening, edging and other processes customer requirements of the finished product. Features: strong Pressure welding mesh structure, high bearing, light structure, then lifting and so on. Beautiful appearance, durable; hot dip zinc coating gives very good corrosion resistance, surface gloss appearance; ventilation, lighting, cooling, explosion-proof, non-slip performance; plot against dirt.
Steel Grating loading and unloading Working Conditions
1. Steel grating bearing steel and flat steel edging only steel grating height direction(perpendicular to the grating plane direction) has high strength, lateral force will lead to unreasonable deformation or damage.
2. We recommend using nyon lifting crane handling. If the wire rope lifting, should pay attention to protect the edge of the flat steel grating, steel grating outside to prevent permanent deformation or damage.
3. If a forklift loading and unloading, should prevent the tines severe impact(shock) grating outside the flat.
4. Consider the acceotance and installation convenience, please have signs and models side placed for easy viewing side. Do not caused by loading and unloading bulk package, not random stacking.
Installation of steel grating:
1. Installation of steel grating welding and mounting clips are available two ways. For welded permanently fixed without dismantling the site, such as equipment around the platform, while the use of mounting clip with a zinc coating and removal without damaging convenient features.
2. Mounting clip for various series of steel grating, with the card, the next card M10 hexangon socket front bolt.
3. Welding fixing method is: in steel grating on each corner of the first root of flat steel, weld length is not less than 20mm, height not less than 3mm fillet.
4. The mounting clamps, each plate using at least four mounting clips on the span larger plate preferably supporting material available on a multi-install several.
5. In order ro meet customer requirements, can provide stainless steel mounting clips.
6. In order the installation folder and clips, please specify the clip type, quantity and materials.
