The production process of patterned boards consists of the following main steps:
Unwinding: unrolling the raw material rolls in preparation for the subsequent process.
Welding: Welding the front and rear rolls of material to ensure continuous production.
Pickling: removing oxidised skin and rust from the steel surface.
Hot or cold rolling: The rolling process is used to form the desired pattern and thickness.
Galvanised (optional): some of the patterned sheets are galvanised to improve corrosion resistance.
Straightening: The strip is straightened by means of a straightening machine.
Slitting & Coiling: The steel sheet is slit into different sizes as per requirement and coiled into rolls.
Performance Characteristics:
Anti-slip performance: the pattern design on the surface of the patterned board makes it have excellent anti-slip performance, especially suitable for wet or oily environment.
Aesthetics: The pattern design of the pattern plate is diverse, including diamond, lentil, round bean shape, etc., which has a better decorative effect.
Strengthening performance: the pattern structure of the pattern plate can enhance the pressure and bending resistance of the steel plate.
Material saving: under the premise of meeting the usage requirements, the pattern plate can reduce the usage of steel.
